How do I top up?
- Set the amount in the console’s top-up screen. The minimum is displayed, and the maximum is $10,000.
- Choose your payment method (coins and networks).
- Send the exact amount (6 decimal places) to the displayed wallet address.
- After blockchain confirmation, your balance updates with the bonus added separately.

How long is a top-up request valid?
A top-up request is valid for 60 minutes. The coin rate is also fixed at the time of the request for 60 minutes. After that, create a new request.

Top-up bonus
From $100: 20% bonus, from $200: 25%, from $300: 30%, from $500: 35%, from $1,000: 40%, from $3,000: 45%, from $5,000: 50%. The bonus is added to your balance as a separate line when the top-up is processed.
Important checks before sending
Send to the same network as the chosen network. For example, if you selected USDT BEP20, send it via BNB Chain. When sending from a wallet or exchange, include the withdrawal fee to ensure the exact amount arrives.
