Terms of Service

1. Service

CheapMobileProxy provides proxy access through carrier mobile networks. Products include dedicated static mobile proxies, premium static mobile proxies (period-based), and rotating mobile proxies (GB-based). Product configurations, countries, periods, and prices are as displayed on the site.

2. Account

Accounts are created and logged in with a single account token. The token is the only key to the account, and the user is responsible for keeping it secure. Replacing the token in the console immediately invalidates the previous token. There is a limit to the number of accounts that can be created per network.

3. Top-up & Balance

Products are purchased using your topped-up balance. Top-up bonuses are added to your balance as a separate line. The balance is used within the service, has no expiration, and cannot be withdrawn.

Send the amount specified in the top-up request within 60 minutes for automatic processing. Deposits sent via other networks or amounts will be processed after verification.

4. Product Usage

Dedicated/premium static lines are valid for purchased periods (1 day to 12 months by country/product), rotating traffic for 30 days from purchase. Static IP changes allowed every 10 seconds. Speed/IP depend on local carrier networks. Reselling requires permission.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Spam, bulk unauthorized messaging
• Unauthorized access to someone else's account or system
• Payment fraud, identity theft, phishing
• Distributing copyrighted content
• Any activity related to content harming children
• Activities violating local laws

6. Service Suspension

If prohibited activities are detected, proxy and account usage may be suspended without notice. In such cases, the remaining period and balance will be handled according to the refund policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages caused by reasons beyond our control, such as carrier network errors or policy changes on target sites, beyond the scope of service fees.

8. Terms Update

When terms change, we'll announce the effective date on this page. Updated terms apply to usage after the effective date.
