Stored information

• Hash Value of Account Token (the original token is not stored)
• IP hash value identifying the subscribed network
• Top-up requests and processing records (amount, payment method, transaction number)
• Orders, proxies, IP change history, and balance ledger
• Allowed IP addresses and API key hashes
• Cookies that maintain login status and track the first visit path

Purpose of use

Used only for account login, top-up reflection, product provision, abuse prevention (limiting the number of accounts per network), and service improvement. Not used for advertising or sold to other companies.

Proxy traffic

We do not store the content of traffic passing through the proxy. Only usage and access times are recorded for abuse prevention and billing.

Storage period

Account information is stored until the account is deleted. Financial records (top-ups, ledger, orders) are kept anonymously for settlement and legal obligations even after account deletion.

User rights

While logged in, you can generate a new token in the console. If your balance is zero and you have no active products, you can request account deletion.
